I know I haven’t written in a while, but I am getting ready to move back to Phoenix, been quite busy. I had a couple hours free yesterday and so I whipped up this alpha version of Show coComments. A WordPress plugin to display your most recent coComments. Download the plugin and get more information on how it works on the plugin page.

Trying This One More Time

So last October I posted about moving back home to Phoenix, then two weeks later I posted about me moving away from Phoenix again and to Detroit. Well, things aren’t working out to great here in D-Town unfortunately, so I decided to see what I could do about moving back to Phoenix again. About a week ago I got a response to one of the resume’s I submitted. After a phone interview I was hired and so now I am taking the plunge again and picking up and leaving.

The only thing I really have going for me here is my job, which I lement leaving because I really like it, but I think this job in Phoenix will give me more real world PHP development experience. Also I should have more of an opportunity in Phoenix to get some higher education, which is something I have really been putting off for to long now.

So over the course of the next 2 weeks I will be getting everything together and getting ready to move for the fourth time in less than a year. I plan to finally settle down back home where I started and possibly make a life for myself. I enjoy the wandering life style, and will maybe pick it back up in the future, but for now it really doesn’t fit in with my goals.

On a side note I have been doing some major crunch work on Currently Reading and should have something usable out before I leave for Phoenix. If anyone wants to help me alpha test the plugin, shoot me an email or leave a comment and I will get you a copy of the working version as soon as I have it.

coComment

is it just me? Or has anyone else been having problems with coComment not grabbing any information about a site? I have tried with the greasemonkey script and with just the bookmarklet. Both ways the coComment form is empty. Wonder if it’s something retarded I am doing or if anyone else was having this problem.

Sorry!

I have been so busy lately with work and trying to find a place to live that I haven’t really been able to post or follow anything as of late … I have been working on my plugin with every spare moment I have had and it is looking quite good. I have unfortunately added more functionality to the plugin(mostly frills) that should add a little bit of time to the initial release but not much, and it is something I have wanted to force myself to learn for a while. This plugin is gonna be awesome when it’s finally releasable lol. Thats all for now, I should hopefully have a place soon and will have more free time!
