I’m sure most of you have heard about the Mac Mini … some of you may have heard of Kevin Rose. But what happens when you mix the two? Behold, The PC Mini!!!
Kevin crams a PC, sans cdrom(boo!), into a Mac Mini case. The lack of cdrom is kind of a bummer but with external drive support on the PC in the current state this really is not so much of a problem. A pretty nice idea but I still think I would prefer a Mac Mini as you can not run OSX on a PC Mini :)
But you could run Linux on the PC Mini … actually you could also run Linux on the Mac Mini. :)
The only bonus that is plainly obvious to me, is the fact that could you cram a whole box in something that small, maybe make it 3 inches high and throw a cdrom and a bomb ass graphix card, this would be one hell of a lan party box, and would make an even better mythtv box straight outa the box heh
