Comment Spam

It appears that spam karma is putting all comments in moderation, I really dont want to disable spam karma just yet so if you leave a comment it will most likely be thrown in the moderation queue. I will be checking this periodically throughout the day to make sure comments get approved. If anyone else has run into this and knows of a fix please let me know.

63 Days

63 Days is one terribly disturbing story. All signs point to it being true but i’m not sure if I want to believe it. It is highly disturbing. I definately recomend you go read this! [source]

Yes!!

I finally got the navigation tabs to display properly in IE!! Thanks to somefool who got the fix from Chris and threw it into his awesome theme Mallow, if I was ever going to use a premade theme that wasn’t kubrick it would be Mallow for sure!

For those that care the fix was adding padding to the main navigation container as well as the a entity in the CSS.

edit - I guess it still doesn’t look perfect in IE, apparently IE has a different view on what pixels actually are and doesn’t count them the same, if anyone knows of a fix feel free to let me know. You can see the difference here and here just in case you refuse to use IE as most people do heh

How did I live without this …

I just found the greasemonkey extension for firefox. It allows you to add little dhtml scripts to any webpage you visit, my favorite was the https gmail one that ensures gmail is always using its https connection, as gmail doesn’t like to do that on its own. There is also a whole repository of pre-written scripts you can install. This one definately makes in my list of firefox plugins I cant browse without.
