For those of you who are gmail users, they have released a few new features …

• Gmail Notifier - This is an application that runs on your desktop and notifies when you have new email, without ever opening up a browser. Unfortunately its windows only =/ Oh well, can’t have everything right?
• Search Contacts - You can now search through your contacts via any informtion you put in there. Also you can now store additional information for your contacts. phone number, address, IM screen name, etc … Also when you go into your contacts list and select a contact, it will now display all conversations you’ve had with that person.
• Forwarding - You can now forward your gmail account to another email address, not that you would want to right? Gmail is awesome :)
• Saving Drafts - You can now type up an email and save it for sending at a later time! This is something that EVERY mail client should have, and now googles webmail client has it!
